I offer to accompany you as a yoga teacher for an enchanting retreat in the desert.
Trained in Italy and India, I have been practicing yoga for many years.
I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, Dhyana, Slow Flow, listening to the heart, philosophy, Ayurveda, etc. I have over 800 hours with Yoga Alliance.
I guide students with a gentle yet stimulating approach, encouraging them to be the best they can be, to explore their practice mindfully.
I will accompany you to help you deepen your yoga practice, find inner harmony and cultivate a sense of peace in the heart of the Sahara.
No matter your level (novice, beginner or advanced), all students are welcome.
I like to share the practice in natural environments in order to encourage spontaneous introspection.
The program will also include mantra chanting and reiki.
Grateful for the journey I've taken and the teachers I've met, I continue on a path of continued personal and spiritual growth. I enjoy sharing my practices in my native Tuscany, while also having a particular attraction to the Eastern world.
I will welcome you upon your arrival in Marrakech, and will take care of every detail so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind and have an extraordinary retreat experience.
