Ending one year in the Sahara and welcoming the next in the heart of the dunes… It's experiencing a unique transition, far from the hustle and bustle, in a space where silence becomes a strength and every breath finds its place. Where 2026 ends, 2027 can begin differently: in peace, clarity, and openness.
The transition to a new year is often an opportunity to make good resolutions… which quickly crumble when faced with the frenzy of daily life, a lack of self-confidence, or when trapped in old patterns. In the desert, everything changes: the immensity invites us to let go of what weighs us down and allow what uplifts us to emerge.
This retreat is designed as a true rite of passage, a moment to turn a page and write a new one. You will be supported in letting go of what holds you back and anchoring what nourishes you, so that you dare to believe in your projects, your inner strength, and your creative power.
In-depth support for a fresh start
To support this transformation, you will experience a set of complementary practices:
• Yoga at sunrise and sunset, to harmonize body and mind.
• Guided meditations, including sound journeys with Tibetan singing bowls, to soothe, clarify and open up inner space.
• Massages to release accumulated tension.
Energy healing to rebalance, release and reactivate your potential.
The desert as a space for renewal
In the Sahara, everything becomes simpler, more authentic. One rediscovers the essential. Many experience a deeper sense of self, a quiet joy, a rare feeling of alignment. The subtle energy that flows through these vast expanses invites transformation, gentleness, and contemplation. As a Tuareg proverb says: "The desert cannot be described, it must be experienced."«
A human and sensory experience
You will live at the pace of the caravan:
• Bivouac each night in a different setting.
• Encounters with nomadic culture, their songs, their music.
· Traditional tea, meals prepared over the fire.
• Nights spent in tents or, if the sky is clear, under the stars.
• Daily trek of 3 to 4 hours, guided by nomads, through constantly changing landscapes.
Each day will be an invitation to slow down, to feel, to welcome what comes. A powerful and gentle way to cross the threshold into a new year.
