An introductory stay in the desert to allow the soul to express itself, connect with the flavour of the place and experience an encounter with oneself, with the group and with the elements.
Élodie is a citizen of the world, a trained dancer and a teacher of yoga, Pilates and joint mobility. She guides people through bodily movement and spirituality. After experiencing a coma during her childhood, followed by an injury that led to her using a wheelchair, new doors opened up on her personal and spiritual journey.
She also offers shamanic healing, notably «soul reading», a spontaneous channelling of messages aimed at revealing and bringing into awareness what the person is going through, in alignment or misalignment with their deep self. Élodie works both in person and remotely, in France and Guadeloupe. Her approach is primarily aimed at passing on tools that enable everyone to become their own teacher.
Élodie offers an initiatory retreat in the heart of the desert, an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with oneself, others and the elements, while immersing oneself in nomadic culture. Bivouac life, shared meals and evenings, music, singing and nights under canvas – or under the stars when conditions permit – will set the rhythm of this immersion.
Each day will begin with a dynamic sunrise Vinyasa practice, before a 3 to 4-hour trek at the pace of the caravan and dromedaries. In the evening, a sunset Yin Yoga session will encourage relaxation and inward focus. The practices will be accessible to all and adapted to the group's energy.
During free time, Élodie will also offer each participant an Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage, to complement this experience of relaxation and reconnection.

A retreat to deeply recharge before winter, let go of what weighs you down, and rediscover clarity, vitality, and confidence in the immensity of the desert.
The desert, where everything is laid down, where everything is reborn.
In late October, as summer recedes and fatigue sets in, the desert becomes an infinite space of light, warmth and energy to regain vitality, clarity and inspiration.
This retreat is an invitation to live in the present moment, to release pressure, to let joy return and to let go of habits, fears, doubts or limiting beliefs.
In the vastness of the Sahara, everything becomes simpler. The silence, the walking, the fire, the dunes, the rhythm of the caravan, and daily practices create an ideal setting to reconnect with oneself and find new momentum.

a 7-day retreat in the Moroccan Sahara combining dune trekking, all-levels yoga, meditation and nights in a nomadic camp. A stay at the pace of the caravan to slow down and reconnect with the essentials.
A yoga and trekking retreat to leave behind the noise of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with the essentials in the silence and immensity of the desert.
Into the Silence is an invitation to slow down, to return to the body and the breath, and to rediscover a form of simplicity in the heart of the Moroccan Sahara.
During this immersion, walking in the dunes, yoga, meditation and pranayama blend with desert life and encounters with the nomadic team. The days pass to the rhythm of the caravan, shared meals, sunsets, evenings around the fire and nights under the stars.
Here, the desert is not merely the backdrop for the retreat: it is a fully integrated part of it. Its immensity and silence offer a privileged space in which to reconnect with oneself, with nature, and with what truly matters.
Margherita, your yoga teacher
With a background in classical dance, Margherita found in yoga a way to explore more deeply the connection between movement, the body and the mind. After training as a yoga teacher, she chose to dedicate herself fully to passing on this practice.
His teaching combines Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and restorative yoga, in an intuitive approach open to all.
Margherita loves creating warm and welcoming spaces where everyone can explore movement, develop their presence and deepen their connection with themselves.
Throughout the retreat, she will guide the group through yoga, pranayama and guided meditation practices. The sessions will be tailored to different levels: Prior experience of yoga is not necessary to take part in this retreat.
This retreat is for anyone who feels the need to slow down, reconnect with themselves and live a deeply nature-immersed experience.

A rite of passage to end 2026 in the Sahara and welcome 2027 differently.
Ending one year in the Sahara and welcoming the next in the heart of the dunes… It's experiencing a unique transition, far from the hustle and bustle, in a space where silence becomes a strength and every breath finds its place. Where 2026 ends, 2027 can begin differently: in peace, clarity, and openness.
The transition to a new year is often an opportunity to make good resolutions… which quickly crumble when faced with the frenzy of daily life, a lack of self-confidence, or when trapped in old patterns. In the desert, everything changes: the immensity invites us to let go of what weighs us down and allow what uplifts us to emerge.
This retreat is designed as a true rite of passage, a moment to turn the page and write a new one. You will be supported in leaving behind what holds you back and anchoring what nourishes you, so that you dare to believe in your projects, your inner strength and your creative power.
Deep support for a fresh start.

A spring retreat to clear your mind, regain momentum, find clarity, and move towards what truly calls to you.
How about treating yourself to a real new lease of life?
Spring is the perfect time to start afresh. To emerge from winter, declutter, leave behind what weighs you down, and welcome a new energy, one that is more true, more alive.
And for that, what could be more powerful than the desert? A raw, silent, essential space. A place where everything becomes clear, where you can finally slow down, breathe and find yourself.
This retreat is an invitation to a deep inner reset. A true spring clean to free yourself from what's holding you back, regain momentum and clarity, and dare to move towards what truly calls to you.
You're not just coming to rest. You're coming to transform.
To support you on a deeper level, you will benefit from complementary practices: sunrise Vinyasa yoga, Yin at sunset, meditation, immersive Tibetan bowl sessions and massages.
In the desert, there’s nothing superfluous. Just the essentials. You’ll discover a rare sensation: that of being fully alive, in harmony with yourself, and exactly where you belong.
The retreat includes bivouac living, encounters with nomads, their songs, music and traditions, sharing tea and meals, as well as nights spent under canvas or the stars.
Every day: yoga in the morning and evening, 3 to 4 hours’ walk through ever-changing landscapes, a new camp, a new energy, and above all, an inner journey that transforms with every step.
The desert has a certain magic about it: it empties you out so that it can fill you up again. As a Tuareg proverb says: «The desert cannot be described; it must be experienced.»

With 6 friends we had a beautiful desert trip for 5 days with Brahim and his very friendly crew. The cooks were great, various meals every day. We felt always safe, even with the two big sandstorms we had.we slept two nights outside, had a fire every evening, where we get nomad tea and they showed us the nomad way of backing bread.
We walked 4 hours per day in the morning, made camp together and relaxed in the afternoon. Stayed 1 day next to the big sanddune. There were 7 camels walking with us with all the luggage. I Could recommend everybody to travel with Brahim and Mohammed, always friendly, big smile and everything was well organized.
